Yahoo! News - Law Expands Right to Kill in Self-Defense

Well, when the criminals are allowed to run amok in the street, shooting anyone they please, then John/Jane Q. Public should be allowed to defend him/herself. As soon as the criminals start playing by the rules, so will I.
